Nettle leaf has been used safely in large food-like doses (up to 100g daily) for thousands of years. Ancient Egyptians reportedly used nettle infusions to relieve arthritis and lower back pain—anti-inflammatory activity. Nettles are useful for various inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and chronic myalgia.
Our nettle tincture is made with dried organic nettle leaves and 40-proof vodka: no added sugars, fillers, or ingredients. We infuse our tinctures for at least eight weeks before straining and bottling.

Suggested Use: Adults/Big Kids take 2 mL once or twice daily. Babies/Little Ones take 1 mL once or twice daily. Shake well before use.
